Another cute episode. We finally got to see Sajuna's character a bit more fleshed out, learning about how she, same as Wakana with his Hina dolls, after witnessing this captivating magical girl on TV has worked all throughout her life to become one, and when she finally could (as a cosplay) she became obsessed with cosplaying characters she had a strong emotional attachment to after seeing herself living out her childhood dream in an amatuer cosplay of her character. It also deepened her and Wakana's relationship too, with Wakana now being more emotioanlly driven to complete Sajuna's cosplay and now understanding just how deeply his words affected Gramps when Wakana said gramps' hina dolls were beautiful and Wakana wanted to become a hina doll crafter just like him. Also, Sajuna and Shinju's relationship is really heartwarming as sisters, seeing how pasisonite Shinju is in showing off how beautiful her sister is and supporting and essentially starting her public cosplaying career was sweet. Also, Shinju's reaction to being questioned about why she doesnt cosplay was quite ominous, is there some dark memories assosiated with cosplaying for Shinju, is it just nervousness/self-doubt, I hope that gets explored. And man, seeing Wakana and Marin at the beach during the first day of summer break was cute. Wakana playing in the ocean with Marin, describing the moment as beautiful (again a word he only uses when something has deep emotional importance to him) was a nice scene, and Im glad Wakana and Marin will be spending more time together during summer break. Also, I'm really happy for Wakana, all his life he's been obsessed with hina-dolls and perfecting his hina-doll crafting, never branching out and exploring other aspects of the world, I'm glad that (now that Marin has gotten into Wakana's life) Wakana is branching out into these new experiences he's never had before, enjoying all that life has to offer, and the scene with him just staring out into the ocean listlessly, almost as if he's taking in all the oppurtunies life has to offer, was a beautiful scene.
