This season is getting more exciting that it was.
Good episode but the twist that Riggs's dad is alive, not sure how well it works. I mean first he said he shot his dad, but turns out friend did. Then said he was dead but is alive. I guess it's one of those "he's dead to me" things ?
Anyway nice tribute to the movie. Played Jingle Bell Rock in the beginning and had a car driven through the Murtaugh home. Also had a tribute to Beverly Hills Cop. Same song that was played at the strip club was played at the one in this episode.
Kept me on the edge of the seat and goddamn! that ending! finally some plot!
Very nice midseason ending. Great show.

Merry Christmas to us the audience. Excellent episode. I loved all the callbacks to the original film. Riggs in the red plaid shirt? Check. Riggs driving truck through Murtaugh's living room? Check. Christmas theme and music? Check.
