Well done Briscoe. This shows that sometimes we humans have to do what's right for the greater good, and not stay always so ridigly in the rules and guidelines. Curtis almost let a murderer go free. He lost some of my respect. Especially since he's lied or bent the truth on the stand before. I think Van Buren was more annoyed that Briscoe didn't come to her first about this, and then maybe she would have supported it.
