2 years for rape?! Disgraceful, and everyone is fine with that sentence. Except Kincaid somewhat. Should be something like 10-15 years. Even today, rape, even when the perpetrator is an adult and it's a more vicious assault, will commonly only get a few years. The justice system for rape is utterly broken. And this episode was 25 years ago.

I was surprised that nothing was said about the fact that pornography involving one or more minors was filmed and distributed by the defendants and the film distributor. I looked up the laws in the United States and it seems that the Child Pornography Protection Act was only signed into law in 1996.
