I remember that defense lawyer and liked the comment about how she hadn't been seen in a while, she was in a few episodes early in the first season iirc, wow. She was hardly a child, 15 is a young adult, more closer to an adult than a child. 7 years minimum, it's still murder and she was a competent person with a competent mind. Of course part of the blame for her bad/stupid behavior is her parents upbringing and other factors like education and friends etc. 3 years is just ridiculous. My sentence is off the top of my head but point is should be much harsher than a measly 3 years. It's no punishment at all and it was murder. I'm thinking sentence should be 5-15 with 7 years minimum. Probably serve 7 or 10 and get out with good behavior.
