I don't know if he deserved murder 2, 15 to life. This was going to be a hard case to prosecute on murder, especially after the revelation of the note, so i'm surprised they didn't try for man 1. I think i would have dealed on man 1. Cutter was out for blood, surprisingly, but he accepted a deal in the end, and i'm surprised the deal was murder 2. Connie was right here. I liked Jack's moments this episode. The computer, him winning the pre-trial, and then his "good" comment to cutter about the shades of gray comment, which makes sense for Jack to say.
