The jury are not going to be sympathetic to a corporation that covered up people's deaths. Combined with the physical evidence, the expert testimony of the professor and the witnesses, i definitely thought this would be a slam dunk case. I actually got quite emotional when the mother came to McCoy and they talked. I'm glad he was forced to plea, i thought McCoy found a good compromise, and i think the jury would have found him guilty.
