Just when i was thinking that this show is quite a good comfort show (although consistantly high quality) you get an emotionally charged episode like this. Hearing the account of the holocaust survivor, seeing McCoy take to task that guy at the end, so good. A lot of deals being done this episode which was enjoyable drama to see, as they try to bargain with McCoy.
