Wow, was this episode ever so obvious from early on. I knew as soon as I had seen the so-called sister. I kept wondering how all the detectives were so dumb, but of course it's because they weren't meant to figure it out until quite a bit later in the episode. I knew that the pills (as soon as they mentioned taking pills) were hormone pills. However I thought that they had twin boys and they just wanted one to be a girl. That's where I was slightly wrong.

They were literally using Simlish phrases, from The Sims. Fucking lmao. This is so stupid. Secret twin language my ass. I could buy maybe having a handful of babble words they understand between each other, but a full language they can have a conversation in? No fucking way.
There's always a few dud episodes of L&O here and there, but I think this might be the first one of SVU that is truly awful. Nothing redeeming about it, and utterly stupid. Even the basic premise of the episode, two 14 year-old white kids from an upper middle class family being graffiti artists, is ridiculous.
