• Why did Emily not find it the least bit suspicious when Peter knew her age before he had even introduced himself? Come on.
• "Just come home, Jane." Yeah, you'll see her at home in a few dozen years, after she serves time for aiding and abetting kidnapping and production of child porn. Those crimes don't just vanish.
• Cragen orders Amaro to take a day off and visit his daughter. Great, only giving him one day to drive to DC from NYC and back. Lovely. Definitely wouldn't be spending 80% of that "time off" driving.
• "I didn't ask for your help," says Rollins' sister. Uh, yeah, you explicitly did when you asked to stay with her.

Rollins sister said that she can take care of herself, I'd say, well there's the door get out and go take care of yourself then. Or at least that's what you'd want to say.
