It's so obvious what will happen in the end of this episode, but I can't believe this is Stabler's last case in SVU... It's kinda disappointing.
That blood is also on Olivia's hands, and stupid Stabler should know how to disarm someone without killing them. Not to mention why the hell was Stabler letting her keep firing and not stopping her right away? He had the opportunity before she shot towards Sister Peg and the other fallen cops.

Wow, what the fuck? The ending is ludicrous.
- How the hell did a civilian bring a firearm into a police precinct undetected?
- Stabler had to fish his gun out of a drawer. Is there really no other person in the building full of cops that has ready access to a firearm?
- By the time Stabler does get his gun out, Jenna has already fired dozens of times. Why the hell would he bother with "put the gun down" at that point? She is clearly an active shooter.
Like a lot of SVU season finales, this is going for shock value more than anything else. It's a bit tired at this point.
Shame that this is Christopher Meloni's last appearance for about 10 seasons. Stabler is basically the main character, or at least half of it (Benson being the other half, obviously). I've seen a bit of some episodes without him before, and it just doesn't feel right.
