Perfectly solid episode. There were some good laughs, but the main story on oil development in North Dakota didn't compel me a great deal, if only because limiting indemnification seems like an odd step to help the problems described and Oliver didn't really get too deep into why this common legal tool was such a bad idea. Or maybe it's just that with 60 shows worth of exposes, the individual stories don't have the punch that they once did.
