Loved this show so much, I'm happy I watched it alone because I'm ugly crying right now. Great ending! I hope they do a season 2.

Ahh that was super sweet and Nick actually bought a tear to my eye a couple of times there.
I think my favourite thing about this show though is the healthiness in Charlie's friend group. They're affectionate and tell each other they love them. No toxic masculinity in sight! Oh and that they have a trans character but it was like a passing comment and there didn't need to be a focus on her transition etc. She's just got her own other storyline stuff. That's neat.
Nick's mum reminds me of my own. Just being happy that I'm happy no matter if I'm dating a man or a woman. :heart: Nice to see bisexuality represented properly too.
it was a cute ending for these cute characters. nick being brave and charlie having self-esteem is EVERYTHING I NEEDED. i miss a proper ending for the side characters but ok. also, olivia colman!!!

What a perfect season ender and a lovely show, like a hug for the soul. This would have served as a nice, satisfying close to Nick and Charlie's story, but I'm so glad to be getting more episodes in the future.
I'm going to require a season two immediately, thanks.
