I don't even feel bad for hoping that Hunt won't make it. So tired of this character.
So... let's just assume Hunt's gone... the character wasn't going anywhere, or in other words he's come full circle: starting off with flashbacks to his wartimes and and leaving guilt-ridden and with flashbacks. What's suicidal Megan going to do now?
I like Hayes - I'd have liked to see him with Meredith, I just hope he knows about her being involved with what's his name in Minneapolis (see, really bad at names).
Pleeeease, resolve that ridiculous Link-Amelia-Jo-researcher mess. I really like Link, I also like the Amelia-researcher (sorry, still didn't catch the name yet) dynamics... but Jo, all of a sudden discovering her being in love with Link, just ruins this plotthread.
New Bailey-groupie... hm... him learning how his attendings do things? Okay...
Now, the Webber-method... who didn't see this coming? Residents who think themselves so mega-capable killing someone? There's a reason why it's called supervision and "attending". Remember that episode in season 6 when Teddy sat reading a newspaper during a surgery where Cristina almost messed up? She didn't interfere, she didn't even really pay attention - but she was there, as support and essentially to jump in when things get messy. And remember that episode where Meredith and Lexie mess up that brain aneurysm-surgery because (in this case) Lexie thought she could do it herself? Yes, sometimes people mess up. But these residents need supervision. And did you notice that none of those "new" residents were so far in any way portrayed as geniuses like Meredith and Cristina (and even the others of the original 5) were? Would you actually like to have one of them operate on you without supervision (especially given the situation in-series with them not having had any surgical experience for a year)?
I stuck with the show for mostly medical stuff but at this point its like 3rd season i just watch it for maybe two couples. They bringing new faces but I barely care about Maggie and she came here in like 8th or 9th season. I still love Mer, dont understand most of her choices... I am starting to like Hayes but he doesnt have much screen time which is a pity bc most stuff from Jo and Teddy could be removed easily. Jo and a baby is still a ridiculous plot. Give Bailey all the kids in the world. Well at least I loved Kai from basically the first scene so Im glad that they may stuck a little longer although I love Amelia with all her flaws and shes the one to accept all the things the world has too offer (eg. all the color of the rainbow) but Im afraid shes gonna scar Kai with her very heavy luggage.
Ale the other things and ppl I didnt mention arent worth mentioning. Maggies character stopped developing at 12th season when she out of the blue started liking Megan ex bf (i liked him tho but the heck I cannot remember his name) but from them on she stopped being golden child and became romance driven so much that its hard remembering she Chief of Cardio not a resident. Jo should pretty much be gone with Alex, they really dont have any plan for her character, tossing her whatever scraps in order to make her feel like she does sth but she istnt.
Idk, Shonda should really toss out half of the characters and maybe focus on the remaining for ppl not to feel like you have one scene per ep that makes you interested during it but then she would have to create some meaningful stories which she didnt do for many years now.
It's been a while since Grey's anatomy pulled a solid episode. Multiple " on the edge of your seat " moments there :speak_no_evil:
Lol, this show is terrible. I can be the only one that hoped they would all be taken out!? Megan is one of the worst characters to ever be in this show.
Feels bad but I kinda hope this is the end of the line for Hunt. Never vibed with his character and he's definitely run his course.
Got some Amelia and Kai pay off but now we've got a love quadrangle. Jo's love for Link is proper left field

I'm honestly getting sick of the show. Every season is so freaking repetitive. How many times will there be a crash of some sort while recovering a transplant???? How many times are we going to have some love triangle? It all seems so forced and excessive. Looking forward to them finally finishing the series
