Finally! First episode that made me cry. Been waiting for so long since Derek's death last season. Three sisters are also becoming more exciting. The Grey's Anatomy that I know since Season 1 is definitely coming back.

A good episode! At first I didn't like how they were showing the interns learn how to give the news of a family member being dead like it was comical, but then it was great that Meredith did teach them how that is an important thing.
I liked knowing a bit more of Stephanie's background, and how she empathized with the patient was perfect.
Now Jo is a total bitch! I already didn't like her, but this was crossing the line, talk about backstabbing one of your friends (let's not forget that she was all in awe that Stephanie worked the system and even wanted her to help her and then at the first thing she doesn't agree she just rats out on a friend) PATHETIC!
Arizona also had a great development here, realizing that her love life isn't over. Having her bonding with Abe was so sweet and then so emotionally sad :(

Never liked Jo, that's was so unfair to Stephanie, they are the last girls of their crew from the first seasons, like Mer and Alex, they were supposed to be each other's person. Such a betrayal and shows Jo's real face.
