Great episode. One of my favorites of all 4 seasons
"The Nadir" is yet another weak episode, unfortunately. It's a shame because this had the potential to be pretty good. However, the shootout at the train station was a disaster. Zelmare and Swanee manage to kill off multiple police officers and civilians without so much as a scratch in what was a laughably contrived scene. Also, while I liked Oraetta early on, what is the point of her character now? She is becoming less intriguing as time goes on. Honestly, it's hard to see how her subplot will have a satisfying conclusion, seeing as she and Ethelrida are both underdeveloped characters. In saying that, this is easily the tensest episode so far this season. It's just a shame the weak writing ruins it.
Overall, pretty poor, unfortunately.
