UPDATED 2024-01-19
Chronological order
(If you are new to MCU, then you should start with; Iron Man, The Incredible Hulk,
Iron Man 2, Thor, Captain America and then Agent Carter.)
Includes:
Stark Expo 1974 - commercial for Stark Expo 1974 in Flushing Meadows in New York.
There are four different Stark Expo 2010 videos:
They take place during Iron Man 2 and you can easily find them by googling for them.
Peggy Carter’s 1953 Smithsonian Interview - Where Carter is being interviewed about Steve Rogers (can be found at youtube)
S.H.I.E.L.D spin-off mini-series Slingshot can be found at ABC's youtube channel.
Peter's To-Do List (Short Film - Spider-Man: Far From Home - Blu-Ray) - short extra clip when Peter is picking up his passport.
Novels:
(haven't updated the tie-in comics)
Marvel Cinematic Universe (#1-4) tie-in comics :
The Marvel Cinematic Universe, including movies, tie-in TV shows, and One-Offs, in fictional chronological order. The post-credit scenes in "Captain America", "Captain Marvel", and "Black Widow" have spoilers and should be watched in Release Order (after "Thor" & before "The Avengers", after "Ant-Man and the Wasp" & before "Avengers: Endgame", and after "The Falcon and the Winter Soldier" & before "Hawkeye", respectively) instead of chronologically. I gave some wide margins of error on those boundaries, so that one would be able to fit in watching the post-credit scenes.
Movies from Marvel Cinematic Universe's phase 5 ranked by release date. Disney+ content included.
The order to watch MCU including the shows (trying to keep shows as full seasons, will only separate by episodes if necessary)
Marvel TV Series prior to Disney+ haven’t been confirmed to be canon yet. Might be referenced, but not a full continuation.
ABC's Inhumans is notoriously the worst Marvel TV show. It isn't referenced aside from a character's variant appearing in a multiverse.
Tobey Maguire's Spider-Man 1, 2, and 3 as well as Andrew Garfield's Amazing Spider-Man 1 and 2 are added in after Loki to show Variants of Spider-Man.
Agents of Shield originally was connected to movie events, but apparently that dropped off in later seasons. I’ll correct the list if/when I get around to watching past season 2.
New shows and seasons in 2024. Only includes seasons with announced air dates. Ranked by show's IMDb rating.
