I already loved Doom Patrol, but you throw in Supernatual and Doctor Who people, just makes me love it more.
Spinoff series of the Dead Boy Detectives is in production. Much as I love this series I felt the pacing of this episode was a bit slow.
That was a very different take, bringing in the British ghosts and a medium. Perhaps we're heading for an offshoot? :thinking::thinking:
Didn't recognize Ruth Connell -- so glad she's also (and more recognizably) in Dead Boy Detectives (DBD).
Halfway thru DBD E01 I paused, overjoyed seeing "Rowena," and, recognizing actress Kirby from both "Sandman," and "Sugar," looked at comments pointing back to this episode, so, re-watched it before watching rest of DBD e01.
Halfway thru re-watching this ep., I was distracted by Dorothy's boobs (hey, my avatar is the Pervy Sage, and she was twenty -- and we're all in love with Dorothy). For those who don't know, The Dead Boy Detectives is a spin-off comic from The Sandman comic series and "The Death" they talk about is the same Death that is the sister of Dream. Whether this means the three TV shows will all be connected is anyone's guess (The Dead Boy Detectives is being produced by Netflix as well) but the universes are connected.
I love that they gave Crystal the surname Palace and the fact that it probably went over the head of most viewers.
