I'm never getting over just how much Moffat's standalone episodes fuck. Like the stuff with Miss Evangelista. Gut Wrenching!!! Everything about River in this episode. Fucking phenomenal!. Truly madly deeply his mind is just fucking brilliant. From the brilliantly paced tension and suspense. The expertly crafted character introductions. The terrifying villain. The great introduction to the mystery. I'm rarely this exuberant about episodes of Doctor who but this is no holds barred brilliant.
By far the most terrifying episode of Doctor Who
