I love how even the description doesn't lie about how bad this backdoor pilot is! (Sorry, Goldberg & Rabkin. I like most of your stuff!). Admittedly, I enjoy the actresses & their chemistry, but the plot's weak & their characters are just a bit over-the-top, even for late '90s cheese. If this had been 5-7 years later, it might have been a bit more serious & actually worked! (Think "Rizzoli & Isles", perhaps?)
