I'm sorry; the setup for this episode is ridiculous. If Sloan is found right after murdering the guy, then where is the knife? Where is the blood on his hands? Where is any forensic evidence that ties him to this murder? After all, he couldn't have had time to dispose of this if he was found "hovering" over the body. Speaking of that... it made it very clear who was the murderer :)
