Is it my favorite episode of the series? No. The mystery is not bad, but it's also not fantastic. However, this episode sheds a lot of light on Selwyn's character, and I love that aspect of it. We get to hear more of his background and his past, and we get to see him work more closely with Neville, which might not make him love the detective but would surely change their dynamics a little bit in a welcome manner. And, of course, that ending, signaling that Selwyn's story will take center stage next season.
