This one was interesting to revisit because if you asked me for the most memorable CM episodes, this wouldn't be in the running. Yet the minute I saw the opening scene, I immediately recalled absolutely everything about this episode. So, something stuck. I shouldn't be surprised because this is a solid episode with a lot of nuance. The show acknowledges nothing is ever so black and white. The decision to release the profile to the public did result in catching the unsub and preventing another murder, but it also cost the life of the man who was willing to defy the mayor to release the info. Nothing is ever clear-cut.
