I still don't get why Beckett distant herself from Rick... She sitting there being the new Captain that she is... so, how can Rick be safe if he's still hovering around her?

The episodes are still fun but it doesn't feel like Castle this season without Castle working with Beckett. But at least they have scenes together in this episode.
She wasn't even in the last episode. Plus since it their marriage anniversary in this one; Beckett is at least forced to think about their relationship.
