That scene in the church was so cleverly shot. During the priest's monologue, when Anthony sees Kate as his bride and not Edwina, he looks around the church pews only to see they are completely vacant. The metaphor was perfectly captured in that shot. What is it he truly wants? When the prying eyes and external expectations are completely removed, when there is no one else's opinions or desires to consider, Anthony truly desires Kate. That moment of truth was captured beautifully.
That was a shitty way for Edwina to find out about her sister and Anthony.. But hey at least, we are over that love triangle!
God. Her "half sister" is kind of a bitch. She wouldn't be as upset and unfair to to Kate if this wasn't her dream too. Only now it's ruined.
"Half-sister." ohhh fuckkkk YOU, edwina
I’m so distracted by the modern updates to Regency period costuming and church decoration that I need to rewatch for the story. Yes. Well. That was quite good.
I’m watching this because my husband is literally hooked on this show. That said, can I go on and say this second season broke all records of cringeworthiness? (Not sure that word even exists)
Good lord! I’m so fed up with the Shawarma sisters and their drama! This show is even worse than those Latin American telenovelas.
The worst part is that my hubby WILL make me watch the whole season.

I usually like the big speeches in Bridgerton, but not Edwina's. I feel like she's terribly unfair to Kate.
