[7.1/10] Solid episode. It does a good job of setting the motivations for the characters (Gene wanting to preserve his all too rare win over another member of the family, Dr Yap wanting to have an inviting waiting room), as well as the stakes (the kids potentially losing their new later bedtimes). Everything here is sound. It’s just a fairly straightforward A-plot without much going for it beyond that.
What makes this one is the laughs. As usual, the repartee among the kids tickles the ribs. Louise brushes off her losing a dots and boxes game as an issue of breakfast. Tina is obsessed with the cartoon ox icnetist. And Gene envies his sibling's dry posterior. Each of the Belcher kids ahs something amusing to do, especially Tina’s socially awkward attempts to distract Yap, and the laughs are solid there too.
But it’s the B-story that really shines. Honestly, I could watch a thousand random B-stories where Bob, Linda, and Teddy try to address some mundane issue with hilarious results. This week, it’s Bob trying to wash a bird poop stain off the main window of the restaurant and making a giant mess of it.
I’ll admit to cringing through a lot of Bob’s attempts to wipe up the mess that inadvertently makes it much worse. But the piece de resistance to the whole episode is Teddy's flailing attempts to use a pressure washer to remove it. His commentary about washing with the gut and the heart rather than the arms, and his special equipment and speeches about safety that result in the same comedy of errors is a delight. The animators do a great job of creating physical comedy with he and the rest of the gang trying to keep a hold of the damn thing.
Overall, this is another amiable but not overwhelming episode of the show, that thrives on some quality laughs.

I was sure Tina would cave when she was being pressed during the mission! So intense
