I gave up and skipped to the end of this episode on this rewatch. It's mostly filler. The 'A' plot isn't actually important, and it's really about Dylan and Tyr butting heads and Dylan playing politics. The last scene is important. The leadup has some fairly weak lines. Harper and Rommie is decent character building, and Lexa never looked better.
