Cheong San was my favorite character :sob:

This episode was beyond crazy. I mean, starting from their escape from the auditorium, which I would say's one of the most creative things I've seen. There's cringe scenes I must admit like On-jo's dad and Cheong-san's mom bumping to each other while the science teacher was poetically narrating in the back, but I can look past that. Cheong-san's sacrifice and his final battle with Gwi-nam was definitely expected. It took me eleven episodes to appreciate the sets for this whole zombie series. I think they were really thought out thoroughly. The soldiers' actions were I think logical and realistic (even the Martial Law general's suicide after his order).

Adidas sneakers are bad for a zombie apocalypse. Every minute some teen slipping.

I believe that, if it wasn't for the bomb, that Cheong-Sa was going to survive. He didn't really show any sign of turning after the nosebleed
I could be wrong though

Dude! How the hell does becoming a hybrid work? The way it was established with Gwi-nam and Eun-ji is that you need a strong goal that you have yet to fulfill when you are about to die/being bitten. The rage just overcomes the virus. That's how I interpreted it. But then comes Nam-ra, which became a hybrid because... reasons, I guess. When Gwi-nam killed Na-yeon, I thought that she'd become a hybrid too, because her circumstances were similar to Nam-ra's.

Also, why aren't the archery girl and the punk freaking out about Nam-ra and Gwi-nam? How come that they haven't asked shit?

That wasn’t how I wanted Cheong-san to go out. But it did subvert my expectations, so I guess that’s a good thing?

still enduring this show. coming to an end soon.

Well, it wasn't the best episode. The death at the beginning was unnecessary. I didn't like what happened to Cheong-San.

A few thoughts ... yes On-jo's dad sacrificing himself made no sense. He could have easily secured the tennis courts from the outside

General's suicide-- a lot of people complaining he did no wrong so why kill himself. Agreed that he had to make a difficult decision to contain the spread. But that doesn't stop the weight of that many deaths on your psyche. He knows the enormity of what he did, and in the end he is just human ... it would be worse if he felt zero grief about it all

Hmm... I just assume Cheong-san is still alive. My thinking is if you only get one bite from Gwinam you can get his immunity, but if he chows down on you (i.e. Nayeon, archery guy) then you go full zombie

I'm really upset , commander did everything by the book he was best at his job so why he committed suicide at the end .. no fucking reason .

the father of that girl why he died , no fucking reason .

The sacrifice of the father was useless, stupid and unnecessary. They had time to run away while the zombies were focused on the flare. Instead they stood there, watching them. Even then, they had time to run and close the door behind them.
