Cassy is part of what's dragging the whole show down. She's becoming increasing unlikeable and annoying. The writers are doing this so she has more of an arc and so she becomes likeable again in the future, but it's not a smart move to do this and just stretches things out and is unncessarily, along with it being a bit of a disconnect compared to what happened at the end of last season.

The story is also just generally not that good. Then there's more over-complexity with the primary and red forest stuff, feeling like it's dragging the show out further.

I'm still enjoying it, and there's definitely some talent in the writing, and maybe they will be able to pull the various plot threads together, but i think i'm going to like the first season more, but we'll see.
